Yoga in Coventry with Liz Gardner (BWY Dip)

The whole person and the whole body are considered in the practice of yoga.  It's never too late to start. This practice is available to all ages and abilities.  Why not come along and find out for yourself the benefits that can be gained.

What will I need?

No special clothing is necessary.  Wear clothing you are able to stretch in comfortably.  You will need a mat, if you have one, or a folded blanket thick enough to protect your spine and joints.  Also bring something warm for relaxation.  Mats are available from Liz at reasonable prices should you wish to continue to practice.  It is also advisable not to eat before a class as this is a physical practice.

What benefits can I expect?

Yoga will help to increase flexibility and muscle strength while improving range of movement and core stability.  Many students also find improved concentration and reduced stress levels.  While a good night’s sleep is always welcome.

Where?

MONDAY EVENING – Term time only – 10 weeks

Keresley Grange Primary School, Waste Lane, Coventry CV6 2EH

6.00 pm – 7.15 pm    and   7.30 pm – 9.00 pm

How much will it cost?

Individual sessions will cost £5 for the early session (6.00-7.15) and £6 for the later session (7.30-9.00).  You can pay for a block of 10 classes at a reduced rate if you wish, talk to Liz for further details.
