About the Day

The purpose of this day is to:

1. Introduce the chakras (subtle energy centres) and explain their functioning, inter-relationship and associated symbols,

2. Guide practices such as asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and visualisation to bring the chakras alive through experience,

3. Inspire participants to continue their practice following the day,

4. Inspire participants in their ongoing yogic sadhana (practice) and understanding.

About the tutor

Swami KrishnapremanandaSwami Krishnapremananda has been a full time resident of Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales for many years.  Whilst living in the ashram, he has been trained in many aspects of yogic practice, gradually deepened his capacities to deliver the teaching to others, and endeavouring to imbibe and live the practice of yoga in and through daily life.


Please bring your own lunch and mat.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a booking by informing the organiser at least a week before the date of the event, you will receive a credit voucher so that you may attend another event in the region before the end of the financial year.
If you cancel at shorter notice, you will forfeit the event fee, unless you can prove extenuating circumstances. Issue of a credit voucher will then be at the discretion of the committee.
